Common use of Replacement Staff Clause in Contracts

Replacement Staff. The Employer will provide the staff with an up-to-date supply list. The employee will call at least three people from the supply list if a replacement is needed. If a replacement is not found after calling 3 people from the supply list, the employee will call the Director or her designate and it shall be the Director’s responsibility to find a staff replacement.

The employee Employees will call at least three (3) people from the supply list if a replacement is needed. If a replacement there is not found after calling 3 people from the supply list, an emergency situation and the employee cannot make the three (3) calls, she will call notify the Executive Director or her designate and it shall be who will take on the Director’s responsibility to find a staff replacementtask.
