Replacement of Team members. 6.4.1. The Company may require the LRT Consultant to remove or replace any Team Member, if the Company considers such Team Member not to be performing its duties in accordance with this Agreement or in the best interests of the Project, or if the Company considers the conduct of such Team Member to be unsatisfactory under the circumstances.
