Replacement of or Repair to Product. Xxxxxx Lighting, in its discretion, may use new, reconditioned, refurbished, repaired or remanufactured products or parts to repair or replace a Covered Product that meets the conditions of this Warranty. Repaired or replaced Covered Products are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
