Replacement Cards. If your Card or Card details are misused, lost or stolen, or your Card is damaged you should notify bet365 Customer Services immediately in accordance with section 7.13 above so that your Card can be cancelled. You can request a replacement Card and we may comply with that request (a fee may apply, see section 7.6 fees and charges above). You will need to register and activate the new Card in accordance with section 7.3 above and you may need to provide us with your Card number and other information so that we can identify you.
