Replacement Cards. There is a fee for replacing your Card as disclosed in the List of All Fees. If you choose express delivery, applicable costs will also apply. These fees will be deducted from the Available Balance remaining on the Card at the time a replacement Card is issued. If you need to replace your Card for any reason, please visit a Retail Location or contact us at ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. You will be required to provide personal identifying information (which may include your Card number, your full name, your transaction history, and/or other key identifiers).
