Reperformance. Buyer shall promptly notify Seller in writing of any error or defect in the provision of any Transition Service. In the event of any error or defect in the provision of any Transition Service by Seller or any of its Affiliates or any other Person, Seller may, at Buyer’s option, correct such error or defect or reperform such Transition Service at Seller’s expense.
