Common use of Repeat Dialing Clause in Contracts

Repeat Dialing. (1) By dialing the Repeat Dial activation code, Customer directs the Central Office to recall the telephone number of the last outgoing call from his telephone. The Central Office will redial the telephone number whether or not the original call was answered, unanswered or busy.
