Order Term. Orders may only be placed prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Contract, but may have a delivery date or performance period that extends no longer than 120 calendar days following that expiration or earlier termination date. Regardless of whether this Contract has expired or has been terminated, the Contractor shall comply with all Orders that extend past the expiration or termination, as described in this section, and all requirements of this Contract necessary to complete all outstanding Orders shall survive the expiration or termination of this Contract until all such Orders are complete.
Order Term. The initial Order Term for the Services will be stated on the Order and will begin on the first day of the billing month following the date Services are installed and available to Customer. At the end of the initial Order Term, the term will renew on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate the Order at the end of the initial term or during a renewal term by providing the other party 30 days’ prior written notice.

Unless otherwise indicated in a Service-specific description below or if Customer selects a term discount plan or other term commitment, the minimum term of any Order for Service issued during the Agreement Term (“Order Term”) is one month. The initial Order Term for the Service will be stated on the Order and will begin on the first day of the billing month following the date the Service is installed and available to Customer. At the end of the initial Order Term, the Service will renew on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate the Service by providing the other party 30 days’ written notice of termination before the end of the initial Order Term or during any renewal Order Term.

Regardless of whether this Participating Addendum has expired or has been terminated, the Contractor shall comply with all Orders that extend past the expiration or termination, as described in this section, and all requirements of this Participating Addendum necessary to complete outstanding Orders shall survive the expiration or termination of this Participating Addendum until all Orders are complete.
Order Term. The initial term of Customer’s subscription to the Products will begin on the start date set forth in an Order and will continue for the period of time stated in the Order (“Initial Subscription Term”). Prior to the end of the Initial Subscription Term, the length and pricing for a renewal term will be agreed to (“Renewal Subscription Term”); otherwise, Customer’s subscription will terminate at the end of the Initial Subscription Term (or the then-applicable Renewal Subscription Term).
Order Term. Each Order will be effective on the date set out therein and will remain in effect during the Initial Term identified in such Order. Each Order will automatically renew for twelve (12) month terms (each, a “Renewal Term”) unless either party gives the other party notice of non-renewal at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the applicable Term of the Order. The Initial Term and all Renewal Terms are collectively, the “Term”.
Order Term. The Order may state an initial term for the use of the Solution (“Initial Term”) and may state renewal terms (each a “Renewal Term”). “Order Term” means the Initial Term together with any Renewal Terms.
Order Term. The “Initial Order Term” is the time period starting on the date the Services are functional in all material respects and available for use (the “Billing Start Date”), and continuing for the period of time specified in the Service Order(s). If no Initial Order Term is specified in a Service Order, the Initial Order Term is twelve (12) months from the Billing Start Date. Upon expiration of the Initial Order Term, the applicable Service Order shall automatically renew for successive one-month terms (each a “Renewal Order Term”, collectively with the Initial Order Term, the “Order Term”), unless either Spectrum or Customer elects to not renew the Service Order by notice provided to the other at least thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of the then-current Order Term.
Order Term. The initial subscription term of the Services shall be as specified in the applicable Order or SOW (the “Initial Order Term”). Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, following the Initial Order Term, the Order shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods (each, a “Renewal Order Term” and together with the Initial Order Term, the “Order Term”), unless either Party gives the other Party written notice of its intent not to renew at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties for an effective Renewal Order Term, Nexthink reserves the right to charge then-applicable subscription fees for each Renewal Order Term, provided notice of any such increase is provided to Customer no later than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Order Term.
Order Term. An Order may contain an initial period beginning on the Order Effective Date and continuing for the duration of the Order Term (“Initial Order Term”) specified in the Order (which may be designated in the Order as the Order Term, Service Term or by other indication of duration). Upon expiration of an Initial Term, an Order shall automatically renewal for annual periods unless either party gives One Hundred Eight (180) days’ advance notice to the other party of its intent not to renew such Order.
