Repeat Certification. Timeframe for Continuation of the Requirement: Once designated on Repeat Certification, the continuation or discontinuation of the requirement will occur only once per year (starting from the “anniversary” of the imposition of the requirement). If the requirement is not discontinued, the employee shall be advised in writing (including the reasons for the decision to continue the requirement).
