Common use of Rent Payment Provisions Clause in Contracts

Rent Payment Provisions. Lessee shall make payment of all Basic Rent and Supplemental Rent when due (subject to the applicable grace periods) regardless of whether any of the Operative Agreements pursuant to which same is calculated and is owing shall have been rejected, avoided or disavowed in any bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding involving any of the parties to any of the Operative Agreements. Such provisions of such Operative Agreements and their related definitions are incorporated herein by reference and shall survive any termination, amendment or rejection of any such Operative Agreements.
