Rent Controls. Rent controls shall not be allowed on any unit in the Project except as required by this Agreement and in conjunction with the issuance of tax-exempt bonds or federal low- income housing tax credits.
Rent Controls. Landlord hereby discloses, pursuant to Section 55-248.12 of the VRLTA, and any and all other applicable federal or state regulations, that Great Eastern Management Company, a Virginia Corporation is the authorized managing agent (Managing Agent) for the Dwelling Unit, with full and complete authority to engage in all aspects of the management of the Premises on behalf of the Landlord.
