Common use of Renewal, Etc Clause in Contracts

Renewal, Etc. To the extent permitted under the other Secured Debt Documents, Beneficiary may, but shall not be obligated to, at any time and from time to time renew or extend this Deed of Trust, or alter or modify the same in any way, or waive any of the terms, covenants or conditions hereof in whole or in part and may release any portion of the Encumbered Property or any other security, and grant such extensions and indulgences in relation to the Obligations as Beneficiary may determine, without the consent of any junior lienor or encumbrancer and without any obligation to give notice of any kind thereto and without in any manner affecting the priority of the lien and security interest hereof on any part of the Encumbered Property; provided that nothing in this Section 4.12 shall grant Beneficiary the right to alter or modify the Deed of Trust without the consent of the Grantor unless otherwise specifically permitted in this Deed of Trust.
