Common use of REMUNERATION PACKAGING Clause in Contracts

REMUNERATION PACKAGING. 14.1 Upon receiving a written election for a remuneration packaging arrangement from the Employee and provided there is no additional cost to the Employer, the Employer is prepared to offer the Employee the opportunity to receive part of the Employee’s remuneration in the form of non-cash benefits in line with legislation and Australian Taxation Office rulings until otherwise advised. 14.2 Any arrangement between the Employer and the Employee in relation to remuneration packaging will be entered into by way of a written subsidiary agreement varying the Employee’s conditions of employment.
