Common use of REMUNERATION AND EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

REMUNERATION AND EXPENSES. 4.1 From the Effective Date, the remuneration to be received by Party B for the performance of his services under this Contract as non-executive director of Party A shall be RMB 5,000 (after-tax) for each attendance of the meeting of the board of directors by Party B.
