Common use of Removal of Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Removal of Restrictions. Subject to any applicable deferral election under the Xxxxxxx Controls International plc Executive Deferred Compensation Plan (or any successor or similar deferred compensation plan for which the Participant is eligible) and to Section 4 below, Shares that have not been forfeited shall become available to the Participant after the last day of the Restriction Period upon payment in full of all taxes due with respect to such Shares.

Removal of Restrictions. Subject to any applicable deferral election under the Xxxxxxx Controls International plc Senior Executive Deferred Compensation Plan (or any successor or similar deferred compensation plan for which the Participant is eligible) and to Section 4 below, Shares that have not been forfeited shall become available to the Participant after the last day of the Restriction Period upon payment in full of all taxes due with respect to such Shares.
