REMOVAL OF EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS. If any of CONSULTANT's officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or sub-consultants is determined by the CITY Representatives to be uncooperative, incompetent, a threat to the adequate or timely performance of the tasks assigned to CONSULTANT, a threat to persons or property, or if any of CONSULTANT's officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or sub- consultants fail or refuse to perform the Work in a manner acceptable to the CITY, such officer, employee, agent, contractor, sub-consultant or sub-consultant shall be promptly removed by CONSULTANT and shall not be re-assigned to perform any of the Work.
