REMOVAL OF EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS. If any of CONSULTANT's officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or sub-consultants is determined by the CITY Representatives to be uncooperative, incompetent, a threat to the adequate or timely performance of the tasks assigned to CONSULTANT, a threat to persons or property, or if any of CONSULTANT's officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or sub- consultants fail or refuse to perform the Work in a manner acceptable to the CITY, such officer, employee, agent, contractor, sub-consultant or sub-consultant shall be promptly removed by CONSULTANT and shall not be re-assigned to perform any of the Work.
REMOVAL OF EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS. If any of CONSULTANT’s officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or subconsultants is determined by the CITY Representative to be uncooperative, incompetent, a threat to the adequate or timely performance of the tasks assigned to CONSULTANT, a threat to persons or property, or if any of CONSULTANT’s officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or subconsultants fail or refuse to perform the Work in a manner acceptable to the CITY, such officer, employee, agent, contractor, subcontractor or subconsultant shall be promptly removed by CONSULTANT and shall not be reassigned to perform any of the Work.
