REMOVAL OF EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS Clause Samples
The 'Removal of Employees or Agents' clause grants one party the right to require the removal or replacement of specific employees or agents assigned to perform work under the contract. Typically, this clause is invoked if an employee or agent is deemed unsuitable, unqualified, or has engaged in misconduct, and the party may request their removal from the project or premises. Its core function is to ensure that only appropriate personnel are involved in the contracted work, thereby maintaining performance standards and protecting the interests of the parties involved.
