Remotely Created Checks (Demand Drafts. If you deposit a demand draft (a check that does not bear the maker’s signature) in your Account, you warrant that the maker authorized its creation and you authorize the Bank to process it for payment. At our discretion we may accept the demand draft for deposit, refuse to accept the demand draft or accept it as a conditional deposit until the amount is collected by the Bank, in which case our Funds Availability Policy (see Section 6 of this Agreement) will not apply. You agree to pay all costs incurred by the Bank by depositing the demand draft in your Account. We reserve the right to charge any of your Accounts in the event a warranty claim is made pursuant to Regulation CC relating to a remotely created check that you present to us.
