Common use of Remote/Hybrid Work Clause in Contracts

Remote/Hybrid Work. ‌ Employees shall have the right to request to engage in remote/hybrid work arrangements. The process for requesting and establishing a remote work arrangement shall be in accordance with the University’s Remote Work Policy and procedure, as amended from time to time. The University agrees to notify the Union where an employee is approved for a remote/hybrid work arrangement under this article.
