Remission of Tuition Fees. 7.1 The Board shall remit the tuition fees of a full-time staff member who, with the approval of the Department Chair, enrolls in courses at the University. Such remissions shall be limited to the equivalent value of four single term credit courses in Arts per year; if a staff member’s service is less than one year, he or she will be eligible for a pro-rated remission maximum. Normally, a staff member shall not be enrolled in more than one course at a given time.
