REMAINING TERMS AND PROVISIONS. All remaining terms and provisions contained in the Corporate Advisory Agreement dated the 9th day of February, 2005, and further as assigned, and therefore made by and between Xxxxxx Xxxxxx or Nominee (“SA” or the “Consultant”) and EGPI Firecreek, Inc., (“EGPI Firecreek, Inc.” or the “Company’) on the 13th day of June, 2005, shall all remain the same, unless modified in writing signed and agreed by each of the parties hereto.
