Remainder of Original Agreement. Except as specifically modified by this Amendment No. 1, all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Remainder of Original Agreement. Except as amended hereby, the Original Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in the form that was effective immediately before the execution of this Amendment.
Remainder of Original Agreement. Except as provided in Section 1 hereof, the Original Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect, and each reference to the Original Agreement and words of similar import in the Agreement, as amended hereby, shall be a reference to the Original Agreement as amended hereby and as the same may be further amended, supplemented and otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
Remainder of Original Agreement. Except as explicitly amended by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Original Agreement are hereby ratified, declared and remain in full force and effect.

Remainder of Original Agreement. Except as expressly set forth herein, this Amendment shall not by implication or otherwise alter, modify, amend or in any way affect any of the terms, conditions, obligations, covenants or agreements contained in the Original Agreement, all of which shall continue to be in full force and effect. Unless the context otherwise requires, after the execution and delivery hereof, any reference to the “Subscription Agreement” shall mean the Original Agreement as amended hereby.
Remainder of Original Agreement. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Original Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the terms thereof shall remain in full force and effect, except as expressly provided herein, and no waiver or modification of the terms or conditions thereof is intended or to be inferred.
