Common use of Reliance by Employee Clause in Contracts

Reliance by Employee. The Employee acknowledges that, in his decision to enter into this Release, he has not relied on any representations, promises or agreements of any kind, including oral statements by representatives of Duke or any of the Duke Releasees, except as set forth in this Release and the Employment Agreement.
