Reliability Standard. Seller agrees to abide by all NERC, ReliabilityFirst Corporation, PJM and Commission reliability requirements and all of Buyer’s applicable requirements regarding interconnection and operation of the Project, updated from time to time by Buyer consistent with Good Utility Practices in consultation with Seller.
