Common use of Released Parties Clause in Contracts

Released Parties. Defendant and any and all of its affiliated companies and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, members, agents (including, without limitation, any investment bankers, accountants, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys and any past, present or future officers, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, and assigns.

Released Parties. Defendant and any its past or present officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, principals, heirs, representatives, accountants, auditors, consultants, insurers and all of its affiliated companies reinsurers, and its their respective parent companiessuccessors and predecessors in interest, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholdersparents, membersattorneys, agents (including, without limitation, any investment bankers, accountants, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys and any past, present or future officers, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, and assignsentities that may be considered joint employers.

Released Parties. Defendant and any and all of its affiliated companies and its respective past, present and/or future, direct and/or indirect, officers, directors, employees, representatives, administrators, attorneys, agents, parent companies, subsidiariessubsidiaries and affiliated corporations and entities, affiliatesconsultants, shareholders, membersjoint ventures, agents (including, without limitation, any investment bankers, accountants, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys and any past, present or future officers, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, and and/or assigns.

Released Parties. Defendant and its past and present related entities, direct or indirect affiliates, parent companies and subsidiaries and assigns, and any and all of its affiliated companies their past, present and its respective parent companiesfuture directors, subsidiaries, affiliatesofficers, shareholders, memberstrustees, agents employees, attorneys, insurers (includingincluding but not limited to Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America), without limitationagents, any investment bankersservants and representatives, accountants, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys and any past, present whether in their individual or future officers, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, and assignsofficial capacities.

Released Parties. Defendant and any ITS Logistics, LLC, and all of its affiliated companies present and its respective former parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliatesdivisions, concepts, related or affiliated companies, shareholders, membersofficers, agents (includingdirectors, without limitationemployees, any investment bankersagents, accountantsattorneys, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys and any past, present or future officers, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, and assigns, and any individual or entity that could be liable for any of the Released Claims, and Defendant’s counsel of record in the Action.

Released Parties. Defendant and any its present and all of its affiliated companies and its respective parent companiesformer members, owners, directors, officers, subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, shareholders, members, agents (including, without limitation, any investment bankers, accountants, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys and any past, present or future officers, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, predecessors, related entities, and assignsjoint venturers, and each of their respective present and former officers, directors, stockholders, managers, agents, employees, assigns or legal representatives.

Released Parties. Defendant as well as its present and any and all of its affiliated companies and its respective former officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, trustees, representatives, attorneys, insurers, reinsurers, parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, shareholders, members, agents (including, without limitation, any investment bankers, accountants, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys and any past, present or future officers, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, and assigns, as well as any individual or entity that could be alleged to be jointly liable with Defendant.

Released Parties. Defendant and any and all of its affiliated companies Defendant, and its respective parent companiespresent and former members, owners, directors, officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholderssuccessors, memberspredecessors, agents (includingrelated entities, without limitationand joint venturers, any investment bankers, accountants, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys and any past, each of their respective present or future and former officers, directors and directors, stockholders, managers, agents, employees) predecessors, successors, and assignsassigns or legal representatives.

Released Parties. Defendant and any their past or present officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, principals, heirs, representatives, accountants, auditors, consultants, insurers and all of its affiliated companies reinsurers, and its their respective parent companiessuccessors and predecessors in interest, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholdersparents, membersattorneys, agents (including, without limitation, any investment bankers, accountants, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys and any past, present or future officers, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, and assignsentities that may be considered joint employers.

Released Parties. Defendant and any each and all of its past and present parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies corporations, entities, divisions, general and its respective parent companieslimited partners, subsidiaries, joint venturers and affiliates, shareholdersand each of their respective current and former directors, officers, managers, employees, principals, members, agents (including, without limitation, any investment bankers, accountantsagents, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys shareholders, attorneys, advisors, representatives, general partners, limited partners, joint venturers, and any pastaffiliated companies, present or future officersand each of their respective executors, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, assigns and assignslegal representatives.

Released Parties. Defendant and any and all of its affiliated companies and its respective Defendant’s current or former parent companies, subsidiariessubsidiary or related companies, affiliatespartnerships, shareholdersjoint ventures, membersrepresentatives, agents (includingattorneys, without limitation, any investment bankers, accountantsagents, insurers, reinsurersemployee benefit programs (and the trustees, attorneys administrators, fiduciaries, and insurers of such programs), and any pastother persons acting by or through any of those persons or entities, present or future officers, directors and employees) predecessors, their successors, and assigns.

Released Parties. Defendant and any its past, present, and all of its affiliated companies and its respective future parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, divisions, and agents, and all of their respective partners, principals, managers, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, members, agents (includingadvisors, without limitationconsultants, any investment bankersinsurers, personal or legal representatives, accountants, insurersattorneys, reinsurerstrustees, attorneys and any pastassigns, present real or future officersalleged alter egos, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, transferees, managing agents, investors, and assignsagents.

Released Parties. Defendant and any and all each of its affiliated companies former and its respective parent companiescurrent parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, members, agents (including, without limitation, any investment bankers, accountants, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys and any past, present or future officers, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, all affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, agents, employees, stockholders, owners, attorneys, insurers, assigns, and assignsany individual or entity that could be jointly liable with Defendant.

Released Parties. Defendant and any and all of its affiliated companies past, present and its respective parent companiesfuture parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, affiliatesdivision, shareholders, members, agents (including, without limitation, any investment bankers, accountants, insurers, reinsurers, attorneys and any past, present or future officers, directors and employees) predecessors, successors, and assigns, and each of their officers, directors, board members, trustees, shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys auditors, accountants, experts, contractors, stockholders, representatives, partners, insurers, reinsurers, and other persons acting on their behalf.
