Common use of Release of Property Clause in Contracts

Release of Property. Except as set forth in this Section 2.5, no repayment or prepayment of all or any portion of the Loan shall cause, give rise to a right to require, or otherwise result in, the release of any Lien of the Mortgage on the Property. If Borrower has elected to prepay the entire amount of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.3.1 and the requirements of this Section 2.5 have been satisfied, the Property shall be released from the Lien of the Mortgage.

Release of Property. Except as set forth in this Section 2.52.6, no repayment repayment, prepayment or prepayment defeasance of all or any portion of the Loan shall cause, give rise to a right to require, or otherwise result in, the release of any the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property. If Borrower has elected to prepay the entire amount of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.3.1 and the requirements of this Section 2.5 have been satisfied, the Property shall be released from the Lien of the Mortgage.

Release of Property. If Borrower has elected to prepay the entire amount release of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.3.1 and the requirements of this Section 2.5 have been satisfied, the Property shall be released from the Lien of the MortgagePledge Agreement on any Individual Borrower.

If Borrower has elected to prepay the entire amount of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.3.1 and the requirements of this Section 2.5 have been satisfied, the Property shall be released from the Lien of the Mortgage.

If Borrower has elected to prepay the entire amount of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.3.1 and the requirements of this Section 2.5 have been satisfied, the Property shall be released from the Lien lien of the Mortgage, except as set forth in Sections 2.4.1 and 2.4.2.

Except as set forth in Section 2.3.1(b) and this Section 2.5, no repayment or prepayment of all or any portion of the Loan shall cause, give rise to a right to require, or otherwise result in, the release of any Lien Liens of the Mortgage Mortgages on the PropertyProperties. If Borrower has elected to prepay the entire amount of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.3.1 2.3.1(a) and the requirements of this Section 2.5 have been satisfied, the Property Properties shall be released from the Lien Liens of the MortgageMortgages.

Release of Property. If Borrower has elected to prepay For the entire amount avoidance of doubt, any prepayment of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.3.1 and the requirements of this Section 2.5 have been satisfied, the Property in connection with a Condemnation or Casualty shall be released from the Lien of the Mortgagegoverned by and made in accordance with Section 2.4.2, Section 6.3 and Section 6.4 hereof.

Release of Property. Except as set forth in this Section 2.52.6 or a prepayment of the entire Loan pursuant to Section 2.4, no repayment repayment, prepayment or prepayment defeasance of all or any portion of the Loan shall cause, give rise to a right to require, or otherwise result in, the release of any the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property. If Borrower has elected to prepay the entire amount of the Loan has been prepaid pursuant to Section 2.3.1 and 2.4, or after the requirements of this Section 2.5 2.6.1 have been satisfied, the Property shall be released from the Lien lien of the Mortgage.

If Borrower has elected to prepay the entire amount of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.3.1 23.l(a) or 2.3.l(c) and the requirements of this Section 2.5 have been satisfied, the Property shall be released from the Lien of the MortgageMortgages.

Release of Property.
