Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.3.1 of this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property not theretofore released.
Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of the Debt in accordance herewith, release or, if requested by Borrower, assign to Borrower’s designee (without any representation or warranty by and without any recourse against Lender whatsoever), the Lien of the Loan Documents if not theretofore released.
Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Security Instrument on each Individual Property not theretofore released.
Release on Payment in Full. Upon the written request and payment by Borrowers of the customary recording fees and the actual out-of-pocket third-party costs and expenses of Lender and upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, Lender shall release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written -------------------------- request and at the expense of Borrower (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses), upon payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Loan Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on each Individual Property not theretofore released.
Release on Payment in Full. Collateral Agent shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement on the Collateral not theretofore released.
Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Mortgage on the Property. Borrower shall pay to Lender all reasonable administrative and legal costs incurred in connection with such release.
Release on Payment in Full. Administrative Agent shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrowers, upon payment in full of all Obligations, release the Lien of the Mortgages and any other Loan Document on each Collateral Property not theretofore released.
Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of the Debt in accordance herewith, release the Liens of the Mortgages if not theretofore released.
Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Security Instrument on each Individual Property not theretofore released and remit any remaining Reserve Funds to Mezzanine Lender if the Mezzanine Loan is still outstanding or Borrower if the Mezzanine Loan has been paid in full.
