Common use of Release by Xxxxxxxxx Employees Clause in Contracts

Release by Xxxxxxxxx Employees. All Aggrieved Employees are deemed to release, on behalf of themselves and their respective former and present representatives, agents, attorneys, heirs, administrators, successors, and assigns, the Released Parties from all claims for PAGA penalties that were alleged, or reasonably could have been alleged, based on the facts stated in the Operative Complaint and the PAGA Notice during the PAGA Period. Aggrieved Employees only release these claims for the duration of the PAGA Period.

Release by Xxxxxxxxx Employees. All Aggrieved Employees Employees, including, Participating and Non-Participating Class Members, are deemed to release, on behalf of themselves and their respective former and present representatives, agents, attorneys, heirs, administrators, successors, and assigns, the Released Parties from all claims for PAGA penalties penalties, and associated costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees, that were alleged, or reasonably could have been alleged, based on the PAGA Period facts stated in the Operative Complaint and and/or in the PAGA Notice during the PAGA Period.
