Relations between the associations. Art. 31 Contract Committee 1 The contracting associations shall appoint a joint contract committee in which each of the two associations delegates three delegates. The contract committee has a quorum if at least two delegates of each contracting association are pre- sent. 2 The chair and thereby the obligation to convene and prepare meetings alter- nates between the contracting associations: in even-numbered calendar years the head of the SBKV delegation will take the chair, in odd-numbered calendar years the head of the SBV delegation will take the chair.
