RELATION TO THIS INDENTURE. The provisions of this Third Supplemental Indenture shall become effective immediately upon the execution and delivery hereof. This Third Supplemental Indenture and all the terms and provisions herein contained shall form a part of the Original Indenture as fully and with the same effect as if all such terms and provisions had been set forth in the Original Indenture; provided, however, such terms and provisions shall be so included in this Third Supplemental Indenture solely for the benefit of the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors, the Trustee and the Holders of the Debentures. The Original Indenture is hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain and continue in full force and effect in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof, as supplemented by this Third Supplemental Indenture, and the Original Indenture and this Third Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed together as one instrument.

Payment or other performance in accordance with the policy provisions shall fully discharge the Insurer from any and all liability.
