Common use of Relation between the Parties Clause in Contracts

Relation between the Parties. Nothing contained herein in this contract shall be construed or deemed to create any association, partnership or joint venture, employer-employee relationship or principal – agent relationship in any manner whatsoever between the parties. The Service Provider subject to this Contract shall have complete charge of personnel and subcontractor, if any, performing the services and shall be fully responsible for the services performed by them or on their behalf hereunder. It is the bounden obligation upon the part of the service provider to protect the interests of the Trust and its objections and to act under the policies and guidelines of the government from time to time in this regard.
