Cash Advance Fee If you request a Cash Advance, in addition to the Interest Charge which will accrue on the Cash Advance, you agree to pay a fee of three percent (3%) of the amount of the Cash Advance subject to a minimum fee of $10.00.
Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (SEE SCHEDULE - ACCUMULATION PERIOD) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Account Value on each anniversary of the Account Effective Date and upon withdrawal of the entire Account.
Cancellation Fees 7.1 There is no refund for late pick up or early return of the Vehicle.
Performance Fee The fee payable to the Advisor upon termination of this Agreement under certain circumstances if certain performance standards have been met pursuant to Section 4.03(b) or (c) of this Agreement.
