Common use of REIMBURSEMENT FOR PARTS Clause in Contracts

REIMBURSEMENT FOR PARTS. The purchaser shall be reimbursed by Dealer for defective parts and for parts that must be replaced to correct the defect. The reimbursement shall be at the invoice cost of the part(s) at the time of repair and shall include taxes where applicable and 2 percent handling charges. The purchaser shall not accept parts credit as payment of warranty part claims.
