Common use of Rehabilitation plan Clause in Contracts

Rehabilitation plan. The parties have adopted the Preferred Schedule of Supplemental Contributions and the Employer agrees to contribute to the SEIU National Industry Plan in accordance with the Preferred Schedule. The Employer further agrees to contribute to the National Industry Plan in accordance with any updated Preferred Schedule of Supplemental Contributions rate table that may be adopted by the Board of Trustees of the SEIU National Industry Pension Fund in the future.
