PVNA and the bargaining unit members recognize and accept that safety practices designed to provide for a safe workplace shall include but not be limited to guidelines published by the Center for Disease Control, Home Health Care Licensing Guidelines, and any and all safety rules promulgated by OSHA, WISHA, PVNA and/or Conference Committee recommendations.‌
