REGULATORY GUIDELINES, REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS. (A) Generally: Design/Builder shall perform all Design Services described in, contemplated by, inferable from, or necessary or desirable to achieve the objectives stated in the Design Scope Specification, and the Contract, including all Design Services necessary for the Project to be properly constructed by Design/Builder and used, operated and maintained by Owner in accordance with all applicable guidelines, requirements and standards. “
