Regulatory Coordinator. 1. Each Party shall designate a Regulatory Coordinator who will co-chair the Joint Committee on Regulatory Cooperation. 2. Each Party shall ensure that the Regulatory Coordinator responds to all reasonable inquiries from the other Party, and provides relevant information and documents regarding: (a) any regulatory requirement proposed, adopted or maintained in its territory; (b) access to notices published pursuant to Article 3.5, or information where such notices may be obtained; and
