Regulations for the Building. The Tenant must observe and perform the regulations for use and conduct of persons in the Building reasonably made from time to time by the Landlord for the management or improvement of the building of which the Property forms part after prior consultation with the Tenant (reasonable account being taken of the Tenant’s views) and communicated to the Tenant.
