Common use of Regular Working Hours Clause in Contracts

Regular Working Hours. A. The regular full work day for the Employee shall consist of eight (8) hours per day including sixty (60) minutes lunch period. B. The regular work day shall commence at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. C. Employees shall have two (2) fifteen minute (15) breaks each day, one in the first half of their regular shifts, and the other in the second half of their regular shift.
