Roads Department. The regular daily working hours of the employees of the Roads Department for which regular rate is paid shall be a minimum of eight (8) and a maximum of ten (10) consecutive hours per day, Monday to Friday, until forty regular hours has been accounted for, subject to Article 17.01 (a), with a guaranteed minimum work week of forty (40) regular hours exclusive of a daily one-half (½) hour unpaid lunch break.
