Regular Work. An employee’s regular workday or regular work week will be the employee’s scheduled hours of work under the job- sharing arrangement. Time worked by an employee outside her scheduled hours of work will be compensated at the regular rate of pay. Only hours worked in excess of seven and a quarter (7 ¼) hours per day or thirty-six and a quarter (36 ¼) hours per week will be considered as overtime in accordance with Article 15.
