Common use of Regular Work Week Clause in Contracts

Regular Work Week. Forty (40) hours of work shall constitute a regular work week for Bargaining Unit members. Such hours may be scheduled in five (5) consecutive days of eight (8) consecutive hours per day, followed by two (2) consecutive days off.
