Regular Part-Time Commitment. A regular part-time employee must agree to work a predetermined schedule and her/his commitment will include: i) Available for work for two (2) weekends in a three (3) week period. ii) Available to work all shifts. The Hospital will consider individual tour preferences. iii) Available to work at least six (6) tours in a two (2) week period. iv) Available to work as scheduled on any tour on either: (a) Christmas - 5 days including Christmas Day (b) New Year’s - 5 days including New Year’s Day
