Regular Part-time Commitment. (a) Regular part-time nurses must be available for work on the following basis:
Regular Part-time Commitment i) The regular part-time commitment referred to in Article 2.05 shall be to be available to work four (4) 7.5 hour tours or three (3) 11.25 hour tours in a bi-weekly pay period.
Regular Part-time Commitment. (a) Regular Part-time employees who are covered by this Article are as follows:
Regular Part-time Commitment. (a) A nurse who makes a commitment to be available on a regular pre- determined basis shall be classified as a Regular Part-time nurse.
Regular Part-time Commitment. (a) Nurses who are willing and make a commitment to be available for five (5) shifts thirty-seven and one half (37 ½ hours) per pay period will be considered to be Regular Part-time. If a nurse wants to have less of a commitment, (minimum commitment of three (3) shifts twenty-two and one half (22 ½ hours) per pay period, she shall submit her request in writing to the Hospital. Her request shall not be unreasonably denied by the Hospital. All regular part-time nurses in a unit will be scheduled up to their committed tours by seniority including an equitable distribution of the available day shifts, before any casual part-time nurse are utilized.
Regular Part-time Commitment i) Available for scheduling on all shifts twelve (12) months of the year, unless she/he is on scheduled vacation or an approved leave of absence;
Regular Part-time Commitment. (a) Available for scheduling twelve (12) months of the year unless the employee is on a scheduled weeks of vacation or an approved leave of absence.
