Regular Part-Time and School Term Employees. All regular part-time and school term employees shall receive a vacation entitlement calculated as a percentage of gross annual straight time earnings determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 12.1; fifteen (15) working days equals six (6) percent, twenty (20) working days equals eight (8) percent, twenty-five (25) working days equals ten (10) percent, thirty (30) working days equals twelve (12) percent.
