Common use of Regular Hours Clause in Contracts

Regular Hours. The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by a lunch period. All employees shall be scheduled to work on a regular work shift, and each work shift shall have a regular starting and quitting time. Work schedules showing the employees’ shifts, workdays, and hours shall be posted in each building or provided to the Union upon request.
