REGULAR EMPLOYEE EVALUATION. ‌ 1. Regular employees will be evaluated once every five years after attaining regular status. However, a regular employee may be evaluated prior to their fifth year in accordance with Section B above if there are documented performance concerns. 2. Student and peer evaluations may be used as a means of identifying strengths or weaknesses in performance, and to trigger further evaluation and corrective action when appropriate but shall not be used in any proceeding that involves disciplinary action, termination, or non-renewal.
