Registered Subcontractor List. Within 30 days of the award of contract or prior to commencing the Work under this Contract, whichever occurs first, Contractor shall provide District all information required by Labor Code section 1773.3, as amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 28, Sec. 21, for Company and all tiers of Subcontractors to enable District to provide notice to the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) of the Contract (PWC-100 form).
