Registered Aircraft Owner/Lessee. The occupant must be a registered aircraft owner or lessee. The occupant must provide the City with a copy of aircraft registration and/or aircraft lease. These documents must be on file with the City prior to occupying a hangar. The occupant must inform the City of any changes in their status as to ownership or lease of an aircraft. From time to time, the City may require occupants to provide copies of their most recent aircraft registration.
