Common use of Refused Payments Clause in Contracts

Refused Payments. When you send a payment to a third party through our Service, the recipient is not required to accept the payment, even if the recipient is already registered with PayPal. The recipient may return the payment or, in some cases, use the PayPal Service to deny payments that you send. Any payments sent through PayPal that are denied or unclaimed by a recipient will be returned to you on the earlier of: (a) the date of such denial, or (b) 30 days after the date the payment is sent.
