Common use of Refuse Disposal Clause in Contracts

Refuse Disposal. Tenant shall pay Landlord, within ten days of being billed therefor, for the removal from the Common Area, the Complex, or the Building of any amounts of refuse or rubbish that Tenant has generated in excess of amounts typically generated by other tenants of the Complex.

Refuse Disposal. Tenant shall pay Landlord, within ten (10) days of being billed therefor, for the removal from the Common Area, the Complex, or Premises and the Building of any amounts such refuse and rubbish of refuse or rubbish Tenant as shall exceed that Tenant has generated ordinarily accumulated daily in excess the routine of amounts typically generated by other tenants of the Complexa reasonable office.

Refuse Disposal. Tenant shall pay Landlord, within ten days of being billed therefor, for the removal from the Common Area, the Complex, or the Building of any amounts of refuse or rubbish that Tenant has generated in excess of amounts typically generated by other tenants of the ComplexComplex or of typical types of waste. However, Landlord shall have no responsibility for the removal of medical or dental wastes which shall be wholly Tenant’s responsibility as detailed in the Lease.
